Shipping Methods & Processing Times

  • Premade Items: For items that are in stock, we ship them as soon as possible. These items will typically be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Preorder Items: Items listed as preorder are made to order and can take longer to ship. Please note that preorder items may take between 6 to 12 weeks to ship, depending on production times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure that every product meets our high standards.

  • Combined Orders: If you place an order containing both premade and preorder items, your order will be held and shipped once the preorder items are ready. We do this to ensure that all items in your order are sent together. If you need the premade items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. We recommend that you track your order regularly and stay updated on any changes in the delivery status.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: 530AM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. While we take great care in packaging and dispatching your order, delivery is ultimately handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, we advise that you contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information to resolve any delivery issues.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. 530AM is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
