Damaged or Defective Items

What to Do If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Item
While we take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will address the issue promptly. To qualify for a potential resolution (replacement or store credit), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, no claims for damages or defects will be accepted.
