Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks Will Result in Legal Action
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or disputes a charge made to their credit card or payment provider will be subject to immediate legal action. Chargebacks are a serious matter, and we do not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks.
If you initiate a chargeback after receiving your order, 530AM will pursue full legal recourse, including:
- Reporting the chargeback to the payment processor and providing evidence of the transaction, including proof of delivery.
- Legal action to recover the funds, which may include filing a lawsuit for the full amount of the chargeback, plus any associated legal fees and costs.
- Engagement of debt collection services to recover the outstanding funds, if necessary.
